This is what all local restaurants should be like: sober, easily recognizable, yet interesting food served in a genuinely welcoming spirit, adjusted to your needs, the market catch, and the joys of the cook. If we didn't sometimes have to be elsewhere, we'd eat here every day (or almost).
It is a really nice place to have dinner. Plates are really good and cheap compared to the touristic place. I suggest the brunello for dinner as it provides a really good experience of tuscanny in rome.
